Here at SSM we have many animals! They are all very special to us. Take a moment to look at some of our other farm critters...

Bass Mtn's June aka April....She is a 17.3 hand 2500 lb Belgian! She loves the minis! Her pasture looks right into the mini pasture. She is a gentle giant! My husband wanted to have tiny and giant horses...so we do! But, April has no idea that she is not a mini!

One Sweet Day...aka Splenda....She is a thoroughbred that I rescued after she was injured. Whew...have I had folks fuss at me for that! But somehow I knew that she was not at the end of her life! She has brought a lot of ups and downs here on the farm. There have been times that I wondered if the negative folks were right...but the Lord would place his love around Splenda and SHE IS HEALED! She will never race again and may never ride but she has a FOREVER home her at SSM! She has won my heart!

Donkeys! Donkeys! Donkeys! We love our donkeys! We have 3 jennies and a jack. We purchased our first donkey as a protector for our mini pasture. And then another and another...They are great protectors of the minis. They love attention and love their duties. Watch our sale page...we will have 2 to sale pretty soon. Every mini pasture needs a donkey!

FARM UPDATE...We have had another horse to arrive to our farm in search of a good home. Buddy as we call him is a TB gelding. He is bombproof. Much different from Splenda, he is a very easy keeper. My small cousin rides him bareback with just his halter and lead rope. A first time rider has spent hours on him in our roundpen. Buddy has found a new home at Ft. Jackson in Columbia SC. We are sure that Buddy will bring much joy to his new owners!

We also have a 30 year old quarter horse, a pig, and 2 dogs. A yellow lab and toy poodle love to play around the minis! I never know what might wander up to the farm looking for a new home. Everyone and all creatures are always welcome...as long as they are friendly! It is a full time job around here just making sure that every critter gets his/her daily attention and a gentle rub on the head and neck! Thanks for looking at my farm critters! They have no idea that they are internet stars but I don't want anyone to be left out.
